Installed in 1964, the Sanctuary Air Handling Unit has exceeded its expected service life and now requires replacement. Due to its age, the system is increasingly inefficient, difficult to maintain, and no longer meets current performance or reliability standards, making replacement necessary to ensure continued safe and effective operation of the facility. We are in need of a 17600 CFM Constant volume with separate inline fan replacement.
